I am a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365 consultant, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.  I specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM ,Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the CRM and IT industry and started out installing computer networks on NT4 back in 1999.  From there, I progressed into implementing FrontRange Solutions’ GoldMine and HEAT helpdesk software before moving onto Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2, Office 365 and more recently, the Microsoft Power Platform.

I ran my own Dynamics 365 consultancy which I successfully sold it in 2018, I have been in all of the consultancy roles required in the CRM industry through Sales, Discovery, Development, Migration, Integration, Trainer, Go Live to Support.  I pride myself on being honest and upfront so we deliver what we promise ensure we have a happy customer, not just saying “Yes” to get a sale. My skills have taken me to many places across the UK from Scotland to London and down to the South Coast. I have also worked further afield visiting Spain, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain as well as many other countries remotely.

Where possible I use the tools and technology myself and keep learning the latest trends and products so I can offer my customers the best advice and solutions.

Outside of work, I am a 4th Dan Black Belt in Aikido and have taught at Mirfield Martial Arts Club.
